An area of 12 rai within the Faculty of Forestry at Kasetsart University has been cultivated with 109 tree species representing diverse natural forest ecosystems, including dry dipterocarp forests, mixed deciduous forests, and dry evergreen forests. Many of these species are economically valuable and commonly planted in urban areas. This area serves as a vital learning resource, providing students with an outdoor classroom to complement their formal education. Several courses use these planted tree species as teaching tools, such as Dendrology I, Forest Plant Systematics, and Urban Tree Care, among others.
